I'm a Principal Engineer specializing in backend systems and cloud architecture. My work spans the entire product lifecycle - from shaping value-driven requirements with product teams to designing scalable architectures, implementing infrastructure automation, and ensuring security compliance. My recent work includes architecting a Machine-Learning powered advertising platform that scaled from zero to £35M+ ARR, restoring regulatory compliance for a London-based EMI-licensed challenger bank (helping preserve their license through external FCA audits), and optimizing infrastructure to achieve 80%+ organization-wide cost reductions.

In driving technical excellence and business value, I draw from an unusually broad professional foundation. My deep understanding of regulatory requirements comes from practicing corporate law at top-tier American and UK firms (licensed as both New York attorney and English solicitor). My business and financial acumen (Chartered Financial Analyst) stems from my experience at a $30bn AUM hedge fund and venture capital fund. This interdisciplinary background allows me to bridge the gap between technical architecture and business strategy that purely technical leaders often miss - I speak the language of investors, lawyers, and product managers as fluently as I speak code.
